Casa Hogar

Training young people at Casa Hogar, contributing to the development of each young person's future. Welding electrodes were donated for hands-on practice during their learning, along with support material: caps, welding caps, t-shirts, notebooks and catalogs.

INATEC Simón Bolívar

Visit to the Simón Bolívar Technological Center to train students, introducing each of our products with their welding characteristics and benefits, establishing the ECA brand with each student. Additionally, applications were performed with conventional electrodes.

INATEC Hugo Chávez

Training with the institute's students on the following topics: current types, polarities, conventional electrodes, stainless steel electrodes and cast iron electrodes. Practical applications were performed with each of these electrode types.

Instituto Técnico Ricaldone

Training for students in the Industrial Mechanics and Industrial Electricity programs on ECA electrodes. Practical welding applications were performed with the different electrode types available in our line.

El Salvador

Universidad del Salvador — Plantel San Miguel

Training for 40 future Industrial Engineering students (2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th year) on electrode types, current types, welding parameters, storage, the most common industrial welding processes, quality control and non-destructive testing. Hands-on work was carried out using SMAW (ECA E6011 1/8, E7018 1/8, E St, 7018 AC 1/8, 6013 C/V 3/32) and GMAW with ER70S-6 .035 / 15 kg spools, where students put their skills and acquired knowledge to the test.

Instituto Técnico Ricaldone (segunda visita)

Training for students in the Industrial Welding program on ECA products and the different electrode lines. Hands-on practice with electrodes and ER70S-6 .035 wire; students received guidance on electrode angle correction, arc height, weaving motion, parameters based on electrode diameter and, for GMAW, voltage and wire speed, torch angles, welding positions and shielding gases.

INFOP — Instituto Nacional de Formación Profesional

Training on electrodes: conventional, stainless, hard coatings, cast iron, aluminum, aluminum-bronze, flux-cored wires and TIG filler rods. Hands-on practice was carried out with students using conventional and specialty electrodes from our product line.

Centro de Capacitación Técnica Honduras-Corea

Electrode training with students, reviewing the fundamentals of the welding career, electrode classification, and the conventional, stainless, cast iron, hard coating, aluminum and flux-cored wire lines. Practical work was performed with electrodes 6011 1/8, 6013 Café 1/8, 7018 AC 1/8 and 7018 3/16.

Welder's Day 2026

Welder's Day celebration in Nicaragua, organized together with our distributor Productos del Aire in Managua. The event brought together professional welders to demonstrate and test the ECA product line across multiple processes: SMAW welding with ECA E6010, E6011, E6013, E7018 and E7024 electrodes in various diameters; GMAW with ER70S-6 microwire; FCAW with E71T1-C; and oxy-acetylene cutting. The day closed with a Q&A session and recognition for the participants.
